The Story behind Savvy
Savvy was created after seeing too many property owners left to manage complex property matters alone.
Mismanaged sites, delayed handovers, hidden defects, unclear contractor responsibilities and poorly coordinated renovations often left owners without reliable information or proper representation.
Founder and CEO Ramona Moffatt believed property owners deserved a more structured and transparent approach.
Savvy began with independent property inspections and technical audits. As clients asked for help resolving defects, managing renovations, maintaining properties and coordinating complete move-outs, Savvy developed into a comprehensive property-services company.
Today, we support clients throughout the entire property journey—from the first inspection to renovation, ongoing maintenance and final handover.

Our property inspections follow a structured process supported by photographic evidence and specialist inspection equipment. Depending on the property and agreed scope, our inspectors may use thermal imaging, moisture detection and drain cameras to investigate concerns that may not be immediately visible. Clients receive a digital report with clear defect descriptions, supporting photographs and an explanation of the issues requiring attention. Our goal is not to produce the longest possible list of defects. It is to help you understand what matters, what the potential impact may be and what should happen next.
